Renowned social activist, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur Frank Gashumba has apologized to the Buganda Kingdom, particularly Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga.
For a considerable period of time, Frank Gashumba has not been seeing eye to eye with Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga.
Their misunderstanding was marked by exchanging unpleasantries, with Frank Gashumba hailing the Katikiro with all sorts of scathing remarks.
Severally, Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga responded to Frank Gashumba’s remarks, in cryptic media addresses.
This morning, however, Frank Gashumba stormed Buganda Kingdom Hall in an effort to make peace with the Katikiro.
During his meeting with the Katikiro, Gashumba revealed that his apology was influenced by some of the notable figures in the country like religious leader the late Ciprian Kizito Lwanga and Jude Mbabaali formerly Masaka governor.
Frank Gashumba urged the Katikiro to find a soft spot in his heart and forgive him and expressed his regret for using some uncouth speech while criticizing the Katikiro and thanked him for fighting for the King of Buganda.
In response, the Katikiro expressed gratitude that Frank Gashumba has acknowledged his mistakes and apologized, urging the rest to take it as a lesson.
