Singer cum politician Dr. Hilderman Kiyaga is on the hunt for his music producer who made off with his Wokota studio equipment.
Earlier last year, Hilderman established a music studio dubbed “Wokota” in his native region.
Hilderman’s decision was motivated by a desire to promote local artists after facing several barriers in breaking into the Ugandan music market.
However, Hilderman’s plan to launch the studio on December 31 last year was severely derailed when one of his producers disappeared with the majority of the studio equipment.
The producer on the run is identified as Kakooza Paul famously known as Producer Drainer Beats who and a former worker at SN Records and resides in Kyengera.
Dr. Hilderman who vented his disappointment through Facebook revealed that the producer is already the target of the police investigation, as he has already filed a case against him.

The “Mazongoto” crooner urged anyone with information about Drainer Beats to reach out to him pointing out that a big reward awaits.
