Mpaka Records boss Ykee Benda real name Wyclif Tugume has come out and apologized to his fans.
A few days back, Ykee Benda was embroiled in an online argument with some of his fans, as he defended the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF).
The argument emanated from Bobi Wine’s alleged attack on the federation in his eulogy at the funeral of the late singer Kato Lubwama.
Some of Ykee Benda’s defensive remarks didn’t settle well with a section of his fans, who launched an internet onslaught against him.
This saw Benda take to TikTok live broadcast, before issuing an apology to whoever was offended by his recent sentiments.
He made it clear that he never assaulted anyone on purpose and that they were just having a laugh in the most recent online exchange with Sizza Man.
Ykee Benda, who is a part of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), pleaded with his fans to have his six while he fights the music business, claiming it is his primary source of revenue.
