Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) CEO Ms Juliana Kagwa has extended a public invitation to all Ugandans urging them to come and attend The Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo (PAOTE) 2026. The expo is set to start this Thursday 21st to 23rd May at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
“Consider this our invitation to all Ugandans to put some time aside and be with us at #POATE2026 this Thursday 21st to 23rd May at Speke Resort Munyonyo. Come experience the best of Uganda’s tourism, culture, hospitality, creativity, and innovation all in one place. We invite you to be part of the conversations and experiences shaping the future of tourism in the Pearl of Africa. And as we mark POATE at 10, we shall have a special awards ceremony – first of its kind – the Pearl of Africa Tourism Awards,” Juliana Kagwa said.
